For Jake, land isn’t just a profession - it’s a legacy. As a fifth generation rancher, Jake has deep ties to land stewardship, strategic planning, and a passion for producing. Residing in Chester County on their cattle farm, he gets to enjoy all aspects of land management alongside his family. Over the past several years, Jake has participated in the management of buying and selling 1,500+ acres from different asset classes such as investment property, recreational, timberland, and farms. What he enjoys most is taking neglected tracts and converting them into generational legacy farms with master planning and improvements. Jake's passion and vast experience for the land product assists the Generations Land Co Team in helping Buyers and Sellers achieve their land goals.
